Jackie Shroff’s video from a tree plantation drive is going viral! Watch the actor win over the Internet as he shares an important message in his candid style
Actor Jackie Shroff is widely known not only for his films in Bollywood, but also for his candid and unique way of speaking. He recently took part in a tree plantation drive held in Lonavla and was organized by Stamp NGO. The actor was spotted along with actor Kajol, her sister Tanisha and mother Tanuja. Now, a video from the tree plantation drive featuring Jackie Shroff giving out an important message in his own ‘Mumbaiya Hindi’ is going viral and is winning over the Internet.
In the video, Jackie Shroff speaks about the importance of planting trees and how it is the need of the hour. While the actor does not talk about anything that hasn’t been repeated a million times before, his unique, quirky style of saying it is what is so amusing and has garnered people’s attention! In the video, he also makes a reference to his son Tiger and future generations. In the video, he says, “Jhaad laga ke maine koi upkar nahin kiya Hindustan pe na duniye pe. Sab ka kaam hai lagane ka, lagao. Nahin lagaane ka hai, toh maro jaa ke. Wahi hone wala hai; apun ko apne bachche ke bachche ka sochne ka hai. Apun ka dada kabar mein hai. Baaki bhi toh aayenge apne pilley; apna Tiger baba ka bhi chota Tiger aayega; aap logon ka aayega. Sab Tiger ghar mein hai... Toh samjha karo bhidu, unke liye apne ko chhodne ka jhaad paan, khana sahi, paani sahi, hawa sahi.. baaki logon ke dimaag mein zeher waise hi kam ho jayega... That’s what I am saying. Mere ko bolne ko nahin aata...”

This video seemed to have won over the Internet and people found it very amusing. They were all praises for Jackie Shroff. Some even compared to him to Hollywood actor Leonardo Dicaprio and named him his Marathi version. Take a look:
He's so typically Mumbaiyaa. Bindaas, Unpretentious and packs in a lot of punch.

That's why I even love him more.
He's always been an easy going character. Absolutely no attitude. He's the only star in Bollywood who has remained the same before and after stardom. It's a fact.

Yup. He doesn't believe in show off. And serves the society generously and quietly.
